Dr. Okoruwa is the CEO/Principal Advisor of Bedrock Real Estate Services LLC. He founded the firm in 1996. The firm was formally known as Bedrock Valuation & Consulting Services. Since that time, he has been actively engaged in real property valuation, real estate investment analysis, real estate brokerage, litigation support, and consulting.

Dr. Okoruwa is a CCIM Institute designated member. He holds the MAI (retd) and AI-GRS (Appraisal Institute – General Review Specialist (retd) designations of the Appraisal Institute. He is licensed as a sales agent in Texas as well as a certified general appraiser.

His academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in health care administration and a master’s degree in finance from Georgia State University. He earned a doctorate in business administration, with a major in real estate and a minor in finance, from The University of Georgia.
